Because it is the webmaster's intent that this site is revolutionary and appealing, the individual parts of the web page will come up rather slowly. Also keep in mind the fact that the webmaster only has four hours per week to work on the web site. Pages that are not yet completed have a distinctly different sound than those pages that are completed.
